Yunnan Wild Sun-dried Black Tea.
Sun-dried is a special tea production technique of arousing the natural tea aroma through sun exposure. It is the wild tea leaves we picked from the ancient trees in the Wuliangshan Mountain in Yunnan province.
The tea leaves have gone through natural fermentation and been dried under the sunshine. We chose the traditional Shaihong technique, to preserve the natural aroma and fruity taste of the tea leaves to the best. The tea leaves are in long shape, fat and firm, in the color of black with a slight reddish touch, and have fine thick smooth hair.
The tea made from these leaves would be in bright reddish color, with a golden ring along the cup, and has high fragrance strong taste, the moist leaves feels thick in touch and reddish in colour.
